Boot Camp Fitness


Are you looking for a fitness class that will challenge you to push your body to its limits? Well these classes are designed with your goals in mind!

This low-choreography and high-intensity class offers a challenge for all! Accountability, sprints, speed & agility work, weight training, jumping rope, plyometrics and much more come together to create a powerhouse of a workout.

Although all exercise levels are welcome to this class, it is designed for those seeking an intense boost to their workout routine. Class size is limited to 24.

Boot Camp Winter/Spring 2012

Session Dates:

  • Winter Session II: January 31—March 8
  • Spring Session I: March 13-April 19 (No class March 29)
  • Spring Session II: April 24 - May 31
Class Days:
  • Tuesday and Thursdays
Class Times:
  • 4:30-5:25 pm
  • 6:00-6:55 pm
  • 7:05-8:00 pm
Location:
  • Lower Level—Activity Center
Fees:
  • Free to Members!
  • $24.00 Non-Members per Session
