Boot Camp Fitness
Are you looking for a fitness class that will challenge you to
push your body to its limits? Well these classes are designed
with your goals in mind!
This low-choreography and high-intensity class offers a challenge
for all! Accountability, sprints, speed & agility work,
weight training, jumping rope, plyometrics and much more
come together to create a powerhouse of a workout.
Although all exercise levels are welcome to this class, it is designed
for those seeking an intense boost to their workout
routine. Class size is limited to 24.
