The Counseling Center works together with all faculty members  in carrying out the counseling program at Linn State Technical College.  Academic, social, and vocational concerns will be primarily coordinated in the Counseling Office.  The counselors do not attempt to make decisions for students; rather, they seek to help students make responsible decisions for themselves.

The Counseling center at LSTC assist students in making educational and personal decisions.  If additional counseling services are required, the college staff will refer the students to qualified counselors off-campus.
